Procbox History

Proxbox was founded in 2014 with a vision to change the way organisations view and use Procurement.

Joseph had a view that for too long Procurement was curtailed and was not able to reach further back the decisions line, nor further forward to the delviery path.

Through experience, collaboration and fresh ideas the Procbox Model was born.

Clients have benefited from the new an alternative approach ever since.

Procbox - All your Procurement in one box

Procbox divide what we do into four areas: Contracts, Benefits, Procurement, Delivery

Contract Management

Delivering savings through improved contract management is essential, particularly when it comes to stabilising and resetting existing contracts prior to exit.

Procbox thoroughly review of the contract terms and conditions, identifying areas for cost reduction and performance enhancement in preparation for exit.

Engaging in proactively in negotiations and fostering open communication with existing suppliers Procbox align existing contracts to the strategic plan.

A well managed exit is key to this strategy, preserving financial benefits and maintaining strong supplier relationships to burn no bridges for the future.

Senior Leaders Benefits

Engaging senior leaders  is crucial for a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Procbox expand upon concepts and visions to create a more enlightened set of objectives.

Facilitating meaningful dialogues where leaders can articulate their aspirations and challenges, allowing Procbox to tailor the approach accordingly.

This process enhances the strategic alignment and associated benefits.

By embedding these discussions into the whole process, Procbox empower senior leaders to champion these objectives, driving organisational change and a positive transformation.

The Procurement Phase

Procurement in the context of Contract Law and or Procurement Legislation requires a delicate balance between compliance, time and cost efficiency, and delivery.

Alignment to Law and Legislation does not mean that procurement processes must be sluggish.

Respecting internal governance does not have to slow you down.

Compliance and knowledge leads to quicker decision making and enhance responsiveness.

Leaning in to competitive purchasing environment will drive down client costs. Making use of pre-approved Suppliers or Frameworks but keeping to right to competitive tension.

Leveraging third-party expertise can streamline procurement by avoiding re-learning known information.
